Time your Automations by using Delays. Delays are steps upon a contact's path within an Automation that allows you to choose the timeframe before the next step on your Automation occurs.
Click the [+] sign to add an Automation Step.
On your Automation Step, click Delay.
You can set a Delay using minutes, hours, or days.
Select Days at a specific time to set the exact time the following step will take place. This might be best if you want to wait a few days to send an email, but want to send that email at a time you've designated as being the best for your audience.
Once you've set your Delay, click Save and you'll be able to continue adding the next step(s) in your Automation.
