Step 1: To duplicate an email, you'll want to create a Template first.
Once a template has been made, you will use it as a starting point to then edit and save a new email template through Automations.
Step 2: Go to Automations to create a new automation or select an existing one. Add an Automation Step by clicking on the [+] icon.
Step 3: Select Action, then select Send Email from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Select Open Email Library from the Email to Send option.
Selecting a Template will then duplicate the email.
Please note: We understand that you may write an email off the cuff and wish that you had saved it! We have a feature request on our dev team's calendar that will allow you to choose any previously scheduled or sent email from the Library and create a template from it, coming soon.
