You can track which pages your contacts visit by placing a tracking code on the pages you'd like to track. When a contact lands on a page with a tracking code, you'll see that page visit on their contact timeline and can also use that page visit as a trigger for an Automation.
To begin tracking page visits, your contact will need to do one of the following actions first:
Click a link in an email you send through Kizen
Submit a form or survey
Create an account or purchase a product through your store
Step 1: To grab your tracking code, click Account.
Step 2: Click Settings.
Step 3: Click Site Tracking.
Step 4: Grab the code under Simple Integrations for Websites.
Setting up Site Tracking, whether through your website or app, is a great way to see customer impressions and clicks throughout your company.
