You may pause an automation for any individual contact, as long as the automation is active and in progress
To pause an Automation on a Contact, pull up the Contact record and click on the Messages tab.
Here you'll be able to see a list of Automations that are currently Active, Paused, or Completed for that Contact. If an Automation is Active, you can pause it indefinitely. To do so, simply click Pause.
To unpause the Automation, click Unpause.
Now that you can pause and unpause automations for individual contacts, you will be able to ensure that no contact receives content they shouldn't and you have total control over their experience!
