Email and text marketing is incredibly simple in Kizen. If you have a contact's email or mobile phone number, you can email or text them.

Your Notification Email and Business Phone Number can both be set by going to Account, then Settings if they have not already been set during your sign-up process.

Form-Specific Emails & Texts

Step 1: Choose a form by selecting Platform, then Forms.

Step 2: Once in a form, select Messages.

Step 3: Within Messages, you can create form-specific sequences by creating an email or text under Form Submission Messages. Select Add Email or Add Text to begin. You can choose to have the email or text sent Immediately, With Delay, or On a Specific Date after the form is submitted.

Step 4: Select Save Message to save your progress. Once you're ready to deploy, hit Publish. Please note that once the sequence is live, it cannot be deleted (static only).

Survey-Specific Emails & Texts

Step 1: Choose a survey by selecting Platform, then Surveys.

Step 2: Once in a survey, select Messages.

Step 3: Within Messages, you can create survey-specific sequences by creating an email or text under Survey Request Messages. Select Add Email or Add Text to begin. You can choose to have the email or text sent Immediately, With Delay, or On a Specific Date after the survey is submitted.

Step 4: You can also choose to build out emails or texts specifically for Satisfied or Unsatisfied survey responses based on your Smart Sort. Select Add Email or Add Text to begin. You can choose to have the email or text sent Immediately, With Delay, or On a Specific Date after the survey is submitted. Please note that for emails or texts built with the satisfied and unsatisfied response parameters, the sequence cannot be deleted once it is live (static only).

Step 5: Select Save Message to save your progress. Once you're ready to deploy, hit Publish.
