With Kizen, you may set up static email notifications to be sent at specific moments during a customer journey.
First, click on Platform and then "Notifications". Next you will see four email templates which you will be able to toggle on or off. You may also click in to any one and edit the template. The four templates are as follows:
Billing Failure: This will be sent to the client when their Credit Card is denied
Invoice: This will be sent to the client when you send them an invoice
Order Fulfillment: This will be sent to the client when their order has been fulfilled
Order Confirmation: This will be sent to the client when their order has been submitted
Also please note, in your billing failure email template there will be an "Update Payment Method" button. When clicked this button leads your client to a secure portal to manually update their own payment details.
If you delete this button by mistake you may create a new button and place the following merge tag in the URL field on the button settings: [[[ payment_method.update_url ]]]
