Purpose: At the Contact Object level it is possible to filter by both Interactions and Messages. Filtering by Interactions helps identify recipients who engaged with a specific URL in a broadcast or email, while filtering by Messages provides insights into the overall engagement level of a broadcast or email

Filter by Interactions
1. Navigate to Data > Contacts
2. Click the Filter icon
3. Find and tap the Choose Filter dropdown
4. Select Interactions
5. Sort by Has Interaction at URL or Doesn't Have Interaction at URL
6. Select Any, Equals, Starts With, or Contains to filter by URL String
7. Enter the full or partial URL String
8. Select Apply Filter
Filter by Messages
1. Navigate to Data > Contacts
2. Click the Filter icon
3. Find and tap the Choose Filter dropdown
4. Select Messages
5. Sort by Any Message or Specific Message
6. By selecting Specific Message, you will be prompted to Choose Message from Library
7. Choose Message Status from the dropdown
8. Select Apply Filter
