Contact Filters: Filter by Interactions


Purpose: Agent CRM allows us to filter by Interactions at the Contact Object level. Filtering by Interactions allows us to see which recipients did or did not interact with a specific URL associated with a broadcast or email



To filter by interactions do the following:


1. Navigate to Data > Contacts



2. Click into your Filter


3. Click into the Choose Filter dropdown


4. Select Interactions in the Filter Type dropdown



5. Sort by Has Interaction at URL or Doesn't Have Interaction at URL



6. Select Any, Equals, Starts With, or Contains to filter by URL String



7. Enter URL String if applicable
