Add a Form to Your Website


Purpose: You can use Kizen forms to capture leads or collect customer data. Forms can be easily be embedded into your website

Here's how to add a Form to your website:


1. Navigate to Platform tab from the top menu bar


2. Click Forms


3. Search for the form you would like to edit


4. Click the "... " icon in the Actions column


5. Click Edit



6. This will open the Form Settings tab. Find the section titled Website Embed Code



7. Copy this code and paste it where you'd like the form to appear on your website

 

Once the script has been added to your website, leads or customers can navigate to your website and fill out the form you have created.
