Scenario
In many instances, a company may have two businesses (instances) in Kizen. Two forms from different Kizen businesses (instances) on the same webpage will cause conflicts between the tracking and will result in errors on lead sources and referrals.
Errors will also occur if a tracking script (pixel) from one business and a form from the other business is on the same webpage.
Example
Knox Construction has one business for their sales and operations team. They have a second business (instance) called Knox Construction - HR for their applicant tracking and employee onboarding processes.
Knox Construction has a Contact Us form on all pages of www.knoxconstruction.com. Knox Construction - HR wants to add a Careers form to www.knoxconstruction.com/careers to track applicant submissions.
This is not a recommended setup and will cause conflicts on tracking, lead sources, and referrals.
Solution
In the scenario above, we would recommend removing the entire tracking script (pixel) from the www.knoxconstruction.com/careers page and embed the Careers form.
