Product Overview

The View Layout feature offers flexibility in how Kizen displays contact or custom object data, ensuring you can structure and sort information to meet your specific needs. With customizable layouts, you can highlight the most relevant details, making it ideal for managing large datasets or focusing on key performance indicators

View Layout Options

For both Contacts and Custom Objects:

1. Table View - ideal for detailed data organization, sorting, and customization

2. Chart View - perfect for visualizing statuses or categories in a clear and dynamic format. You may add and customize charts for deeper data insights, including:

        - Field Metrics to analyze numerical data at a glance

        - Pivot Tables to summarize and compare data dynamically

        - Table of Records to display detailed lists for quick review

For Custom Objects only:

Board View - a Kanban-style layout designed for workflows

Note: Kanban / Board view is available only for custom objects that contain workflows

How to Access the View Layout

1. Navigate to Data > Contacts or Custom Objects tab

2. Locate the View menu at the top right corner of the screen

3. Choose your preferred layout
