Product Overview
Kizen supports the capability to add a Web Application Tracking feature to your application. This can be done by embedding the provided script into your code. Web Application Tracking allows you to view your contact's visits. This can be implemented once you have successfully copied to the clipboard the web application script provided by Kizen and installed into your web application. The parameters inside of the script will also need to be configured to correspond to your specific use case.
Step-By-Step Guide
Step 1: Generate Web Application Tracking to your website
1. Click on Settings, from the top menu bar in Kizen: https://fmo.kizen.com/settings/domain-tracking
2. Select Domain & Tracking
3. Copy the script from the Web Application Tracking section.
4. Replace the email values specified in the script with your user's values.
Step 2: Add Web Application Tracking to your website
The Web application script provided below should be modified to incorporate your contact's email address. By integrating this code you can automatically populate your contact database and view your contact's visits.
Attention: You should always URI encode your parameter values just in case there are any characters such as a space that would require encoding.
Summary: Once you have incorporated the script in your web application, you will be able to view your contacts’ visits. Please follow the steps below to incorporate.
