Table Layout for Contacts - My Columns


Purpose:  To learn how to add and remove the columns that are visible on your Contacts section based on your requirements.

Step-By-Step Guide


Step 1 : Navigate to My Columns in the Contacts section


Navigate to the Contacts section, usually located in the Data top menu item, or click this link: https://fmo.kizen.com/clients/columns/mine 


A. Click on Edit Columns on the right.




Step 2 : Choose which Columns you want to make active.


In your table layout, select which columns you may want to add or remove from your view:  


A. Choose My Columns tab on your left.

B. The Edit My Columns has a Column Preview which allows you to preview how it will look.

C. Select your desired column from the Available Columns list. You may also do a search for it.

D. Take note of the existing columns and the order that they currently reside in.



 

Attention: It is possible to rearrange the existing columns into the order of your choosing. Just drag and drop them in the order you see fit.



Step 3: Drag your column to the right and into Active Table Columns 


When bringing the column over and making it active, you may drop it in the order of your choosing.


A. Drag your column over into the Active Table Columns section on the right. 


 


Attention:  You may also remove columns from your view by dragging them to the left and dropping them back into the Available Columns section.



Step 4: Save your settings


Save the settings for your contacts table layout and you are all set


A. Click Save




Conclusion:  It is easy to customize your table layout for contacts. Just go into the My Columns tab and drag across the columns that you wish to add in your view.
