Purpose: With Kizen's Website Interaction Tracking, you can view your contacts' website impressions, giving you valuable insights into their engagement with your content and interactions on your site. This feature allows you to track actions like email clicks, form submissions, and survey responses, helping you better understand user behavior and improve communication strategies

Product Overview

Kizen supports the capability to add an interaction tracking feature to your website by embedding the provided script into your code. 


You will gain access to your contacts' impressions when they perform any of the following actions:


1. Click a link in an email you send through Kizen

2. Submit a form or a survey

3. Register for an event. 

4. Content Configuration

5. Create an account 

6. Purchase a product through your store



Add Website Tracking to your Website


1. Navigate to Settings tab, from the top menu bar in Kizen


2. Select Domain & Tracking


3. Copy the script from the Website Tracking section


It is sourced from Java script code that is called remotely and exists in the Kizen domain. The configuration is based upon the business ID that is provided



4. Add the script into your website builder. You can copy this embedded script straight from the clipboard within the Kizen application. Once the script is correctly set up on your website, your contacts' website impressions will become visible.


There are 2 types of Domain & Tracking. Website Tracking and Web Application Tracking. Both can be initiated from the Kizen application and installed onto your domain. To learn more about Domain & Tracking option, check Web Application Tracking guide.
