Purpose: This guide covers how to mark activities as complete in Kizen, whether from the Activity Dashboard, a Contact Record, or a Deal Record. Completing activities accurately keeps records updated and supports streamlined tracking of tasks across your organization

Completing an activity should be done during the task or once the task has been completed.
Activities can be completed through the below methods:
1. Complete an Activity from the Activity Dashboard
2. Complete an Activity from a Contact Record
3. Complete an Activity from a Deal Record
Complete an Activity from the Activity Dashboard
1. Navigate to Dashboard tab from the top menu bar
2. Locate the Scheduled Activities dashlet
3. Find the activity you would like to complete
4. Click the "..." icon and select Complete
5. Fill out the required activity fields
6. Click Complete
Complete an Activity from a Contact Record
1. Navigate to Data tab from the top menu bar
2. Click Contacts
3. Search for the contact
4. Click on the Contact Name
5. From the action block, select Log Activity
6. Select the activity you would like to complete
7. Fill up the required fields for the activity
8. Click Complete
Complete an Activity from a Deal Record
1. Navigate to Data tab from the top menu bar
2. Select Custom Objects
3. Click on the Sales Pipeline
4. Choose on a Deal
5. From the action block, select Log Activity
6. Select the activity you would like to complete
7. Fill up the required fields for the activity
8. Click Complete
