Purpose: Archiving records helps users keep their data clean and organized by permanently deleting the records and stopping any active automations associated with them. Manually Archive an Entity Record
1. Navigate to Data tab from the top menu bar
2. Click Custom Objects
3. Click the Custom Object to archive entities for
4. Click on the Entity Name
5. Click Archive
Archiving an entity record will delete it from your Kizen account and all associated information, so that it can no longer be accessed
Note: When an entity record is archived, all Active automations running on the record will Stop
Archive a Group of Entity Records
1. Navigate to Data tab from the top menu bar
2. Click Custom Objects
3. Click the Custom Object to archive entities for
4. Select the entity records you would like to archive
5. Select the V next to Perform Action button
6. Select Archive Records
7. Review the information in the pop-up to confirm it is correct
8. Click Next
Hint: Use an Entity Record Group and find records to archive based on specific information
