Related Workflows/Pipelines


Purpose:  Kizen allows you to easily add and/or view an entity's related custom object workflow/pipeline records from the entity record's page in the Related Workflows/Pipelines section.

Step-By-Step Guide



Note: This section does not show related custom object records in Contacts or other standard type custom objects.




1. Click Data


2. Click Contacts


3. Search for the contact record you want to view


4. Open the contact record

5. Scroll down to the Related Workflows/Pipelines section to view all of the contact's related custom object records' names, which custom object they are in, their value, and which stage they are in

5. Scroll down to the Related Workflows/Pipelines section and click +Add

6. Enter the new record's information


7. Click Save

8. If a primary relationship already exists, you will be asked to confirm the modification to set a new primary relationship. Click Confirm Update

Follow these steps to see a custom object entity's related custom object records.


1. Click Data


2. Click Custom Objects


3. Select the desired custom object

4. Search for the entity record you want to view


5. Open the entity record

6. Scroll down to the Related Workflows/Pipelines section to view all of the entity's related custom object records' names, which custom object they are in, their value, and which stage they are in

Follow these steps to add related custom object records to an entity in a custom object.


1. Click Data


2. Click Custom Objects


3. Select the desired custom object

4. Search for the entity record you want to view


5. Open the entity record

6. Scroll down to the Related Workflows/Pipelines section and click +Add

7. Enter the new record's information


8. Click Save
