The Kizen Account Name must be unique. As a best practice we recommend the following convention: Agent's Name - NPN For example: Daniel Yount - 01234567
Note: You have three Role options with which to select from. This will provision the agent with specific access to the new Agent CRM. Agent - Administrator (Ability to edit workflows and see all the data) Agent - All Contacts Access (View all of the data, but can’t edit workflows) Agent - Limited Contacts Access (Allows agent to see an agent's book of business)
7. Click the Complete button when you're ready to provision the agent.
