Product Overview

Kizen supports the capability to add a Web Application Tracking feature to your application by embedding the provided script into your code. Web Application Tracking allows you to view your contact's visits. This can be implemented once you have successfully copied to the clipboard the web application script provided by Kizen and installed into your web application. The parameters inside of the script will also need to be configured to correspond to your specific use case

Add Web Application Tracking to your Website

1. Navigate to Settings tab, from the top menu bar in Kizen

2. Select Domain & Tracking

3. Copy the script from the Web Application Tracking section 

4. Replace the email values specified in the script with your user's values. Once you have incorporated the script in your web application, you will be able to view your contacts' visits

Attention: You should always URI encode your parameter values just in case there are any characters such as a space that would require encoding

There are 2 types of Domain & Tracking. Website Tracking and Web Application Tracking. Both can be initiated from the Kizen application and installed in your domain. To learn more about Domain & Tracking Actions, check Website Interaction Tracking guide.
