In Kizen, phone number fields are formatted in the E.164 format. This format ensures that phone numbers are stored and correctly routed to individual phones in different countries.
E.164 Format
Numbers in the E.164 format include [+] [country code] [subscriber number including area code] and can have a maximum of fifteen digits.

Default Country Code
The country code that defaults for phone numbers, can be updated in the Settings section of your Kizen account.
1. Navigate to Settings from the top menu bar
2. Under Business Information, update the Default Country Code for Phone Numbers drop-down
3. Click Save
