Customize Homepage in Agent CRM


Purpose:  This article will explain how to access and use powerful Homepage features available in Agent CRM

Product Overview


Homepage can be setup as a landing page when a user first logs into the Agent CRM. Homepage typically contains a set of Dashlets that are designed to display critical summary information about Contacts, Activities or any Business Data or Action buttons.


Please Note:  Agent CRM comes with prebuild Homepage that users can customize by adding new dashlets or re-arranging interactive elements on the screen

Recommendation: Before making changes create a duplicate of existing homepage. See instructions below to Manage Homepages.

Key Features


Manage Homepages


Kizen allows you to create, manage, and customize multiple homepages, which can be assigned to different team members based on their roles and needs.


You can easily change the homepage layout by drag & dropping the available blocks. Follow these steps to manage and organize your homepages efficiently


1. Hover over any block on the main menu


2. Click on the six dots that appear


3. Move the block to your desired location


 

Additionally, Manage Homepages button offers more options and actions to customize the layout and content of your homepage


1. Click Manage Homepages 


 

2. Use the toggle under the "Active" column to enable or disable a certain homepage (s) 


3. Hover over any homepage, click on "..." and select an option you need


4. To create a new homepage, click on Add Homepage



Add block


The Add Block button allows you to enhance your dashboard by adding new widgets for easier access to frequently used features or data.


Follow these steps to add blocks:


1. Click Add Block button


2. Select the type of block you wish to add - Dashlet, Chart or Static Content




3. Fill out the necessary info based on your selected block type (the screen may vary depending on your choice)


    3.1 Dashlet/Chart Type - Select the specific type of Dashlet or report type you want to display

    

    3.2 Values and Constraints - Enter any relevant values and set constraints for your selected block

    

    3.3 Display Settings - Decide how you want the information to be displayed on your dashboard



4. Click Add


By adding blocks, you can customize your dashboard to better suit your workflow and ensure quick access to essential information. Explore different block types to see how they can enhance your productivity!
