Purpose: Learn how to find the designated Principal Agent(s) for an Agency on their respective contracts in your Kizen Contracting CoPilot workflow.

Each contract in your Contracting CoPilot workflow should have a Principal Agent assigned, as this is the licensed individual who holds the contract with the carrier.

1. In the Contracts object, search for and open the specific Contract record.
   
   
2. Select the down caret next to "Contract Info" and select the "Related Records" category.
   
   
3. View the "Other Related Agents/Agencies" field to see the name of the assigned Principal.
   
   
4. If the Agency has multiple Principal Agents, select the down caret next to "Related Records" and select the "Internal Sales Information" category.
   
   
5. View the "(Conditional on Multiple Principals) - Selected Principal" field to see the name of the specific Principal chosen for this contract.
