Purpose: Learn how to add Quick Filters to your Object for an additional layer of filtering.
Quick Filters are a powerful feature designed to help you save time and stay organized. With just a few clicks, you can instantly narrow down data to focus on what matters most — whether you're looking to prioritize specific items, find relevant information, or speed up repetitive processes. Quick Filters make managing complex workflows easier and more efficient.
To add, edit, and/or delete Quick Filters, take the following steps:
- Navigate to Data > Contacts or Data > Custom Objects depending on which object you want to add filters.

- Under All Contacts Group click on the
icon.
- Move the desired fields from the Available Fields list on the left to the Active Quick Filter Fields list to the right.
- Use the Search option to quickly locate the field you need.
- Hover over the icon, then drag and drop it into the Active Quick Filter Fields section in your preferred order.
- To rearrange default fields, drag and drop them within the Active Quick Filter Fields section.

- Preview the updated quick filter order in the "Quick Filter Preview" at the top to ensure it meets your needs.
- Click Save to apply the settings to your quick filter or choose Save New Template to create a new quick filter template.

Quick Filter Templates are useful if you want to share your templates with your team members and create different quick filter templates for different team members. - To delete existing Quick Filters, click on the trash bin icon next to the field name in the Active Quick Filter Fields list.
- Use the Search option to quickly locate the field you need.
Hint: Use Make Search Faceted button to reduce the selectable options to only those that contain results. You will be able to preview how many results will be returned for each facet.
