What Is the Agent CRM "Contacts" Object?

Kizen's Agent CRM Contacts object is where you can manage your active clients, prospects, and leads! We customized the Contacts fields to work specifically for your insurance agent needs, from keeping track of crucial contact information to fully integrating with 3rd party platforms like Gmail, Outlook, Connecture, SunFire, RingCentral, and more.

What Are Some of the "Contacts" Fields?

There are 80+ fields that come with the Agent CRM product with basic contact information fields like name, email address, phone number, etc., as well as Medicare-specific fields. See below for some more details on required fields for the Agent CRM workflow, as well as important things to consider for some of the optional fields.

You can find all of the Contacts fields (and how they are categorized) in your Object Settings > Customize Fields:

⚠️ Warning: It's crucial that you do not change the field API name for any of the Agent CRM default fields, as this can potentially break integration configurations.
